Emmaus -- provides a full range of substance abuse and HIV prevention and education services and includes the following:
- Outreach—street and mobile van
- Presentations in the community
- Confidential HIV Counseling & Testing— using OraSure or OraQuick technology
- Prevention education groups
- Case management
- Psycho-educational and recovery support groups
- Spirituality group
