Partners For Life
Partners for Life (PFL) is a program established in 2000. PFL is involved in linking orphanages in South Africa with faith and community organizations in the U.S. to address the needs of South African orphans. Partners for Life is designed to:
- Identify orphanages in South Africa that need assistance
- Recruit faith and community based organizations in the United States to partner with orphanages
- Educate U.S. faith and community organizations
- Educate South African orphanages
- Provide the mechanism for understanding:
- cultures of partners
- needs of orphanages
- expectations and limitations of provider organizations
- limitations of partnerships
